Next, using 3 Custom Color Specialists Brow Powders, we fill in the Brows--great for accentuating the shape, filling in sparse areas and giving an overall clean and polished look. Lastly, a lil' sweep of 3 Custom Color Specialists Brow Bone Hilighter on your newly accentuated brow bone--and you are done, honey! Bombshell Beautiful Brows!
