We only have a counterperson to take your calls and emails half-day.  We will normally respond to your correspondence by the end of the day or the next business day. Emails and calls are returned during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday. Thanks in advance for your patience!

 We are a very small shop and we two sisters do everrrrrything! We have only ONE WAXER. Frequently, there is only one person present in the shop which means sometimes we are not able to get to the phones. So if you are calling during working hours, please do leave a message with your contact number (S-L-O-W-L-Y please:) because we love returning your calls. Again, we cannot thank you enough for your patience!

Every girl wants her eyebrows to look beautiful! But because we are so small, Bombshell is primarily an appointment only shop. Calling a few weeks in advance is suggested.

Normal Brow Appointments are approximately 20 minutes long, so to keep all our clients running on time, we ask that you pretty please try to be punctual. We truly do thank you so much for this!
